Description
An agricultural worker has diverse functions. They may work with flowers or fruit plants, more specifically in planting seeds or bulbs (Planting and cultivation: Sowing and planting red fruits, such as raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, inside greenhouses, following specific techniques for each crop) or later in harvesting.
There is also the Irrigation and Fertilization phase, in which you regularly water the plants and apply fertilizers as needed to ensure healthy growth. During harvesting, a keen eye is needed to manually select the fruits that are ready to be picked, but there are also other tasks such as measuring, packaging, or transporting. Other workers are responsible for maintaining plants that are not in the harvesting phase, cleaning the areas and equipment, pruning, and caring for the plants to grow correctly and healthily.
There are also exclusive driver positions, which are necessary to transport people to and from the field.
